Walk-in and scheduled outpatient services:
physician on duty from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and nurses on duty from 8 a.m. to midnight (seven days a week); use of practice protocols for minor treatments by the nursing staff and treatments by nurse practitioners

Family medicine unit:
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday to Friday), unless otherwise noted

Chronic disease care:
diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol clinic, foot care, flu vaccines, anticoagulant follow-up therapy, educational sessions, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

Diagnostic services:
medical imaging, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (7 days a week); laboratory from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (weekends and statutory holidays), electrodiagnosis, from 8 a.m. to noon (Monday to Friday)

Therapeutic services:
occupational and respiratory therapy from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (two days per week), physiotherapy, diet/nutrition and social work, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

Health promotion and disaease prevention programs:
active health, ''My Choices - My Health'', women's health clinic, smoking cessation program

Support services:
health records, reception, pharmacy, administrative support, housekeeping, maintenance, security

Community development:
officer available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

Other services:
telehealth, cafeteria
